Listed below are the ingredients for each muffin, with allergens highlighted in bold.

All boxed muffins are clearly labelled with the full ingredients/allergen information, together with the baking date, best before date and storage advice. Muffins which are vegan, dairy-free or containing nuts are always boxed separately to minimise cross-contamination for anyone with allergies or intolerances. 

Important: all muffins are made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and other allergens. Whilst every care is taken to minimise cross-contamination, these products are not suitable for anyone with severe allergies.
